HATHA YOGA: Use the breath to create a link between the body and the mind. Build flexibility and strength while minimising the chance of injury. This well-rounded style balances and opens the body. You will learn to still the mind and be present in the moment.
VINYASA FLOW: You will be encouraged to bring consciousness to each movement in each moment, connecting one posture to the next using the breath. Vinyasa practice generates heat and can add a cardiovascular component. Vinyasa meets you where you are—which in today’s world is usually high energy, going in multiple directions at once. It meets you there and leads you by the hand back to an inner peace that exists within you.
YOGALATES: In this class, we combine pilates and yoga for toning and a total body workout. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level. Develop your core strength and stabilisation through pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses.
BLISS YOGA: Slow-paced class as a lovely way to reconnect with your spirit within – when we slow down physically, we have more space to devote internally. Calming the mind and nervous system enables you to turn inward, and focus on the breath. Yin is a fantastic way to increase or maintain flexibility as it focuses on the areas around the joints. You’ll immediately notice more open hips, soft muscles, and a major mind detox. In the long run, it lubricates the joints, releases the fascia of the body, and increases flexibility. With props and tennis balls, you'll discover healing massage techniques and trigger points. This class is for all levels, suitable for pregnant women and beginners.
